Ordering process
Placing an order is the simplest if you are registered user, thus we suggest you to start with registration. Of course, there is a possibility of providing us with the pieces of information necessary for a purchase during the steps of placing your order.
You can make a purchase in our webshop as follows:
1. CHOOSING THE PRODUCTS

When You have found the right product in our webshop, You can add it to your cart by pressing the „Add to cart” button on the informative subpage of the product. After this step, you will be able to find the product under the „View cart” link in your account menu (which is found in the upper right-hand side of the page) until you delete it or order it. You can continue browsing the site and adding further items to your cart repeating the above process. Please, always pay attention to the stock status of the given product, which informs You when the product could be delivered.
By pushing the “Wishlist” button, the system places the product on a list assigned to your account. This is especially useful if you choose a product that you wish to purchase later, but do not the financial means for it at the given moment. At your next visit, you will not have to search for the product again; instead you can purchase it directly from your Wishlist.
2. PLACING THE ORDER

When You finished browsing the site, press the „Checkout” button to be transferred to the order page, where you can review the items in your cart and provide your personal information—please, note that fields marked with an *must be filled out, otherwise your order will not be accepted. At this step, you still have the possibility to delete items, unlike later. The net/gross total cost calculator under the cart displays the total cost of your order; this is where you can enter the code of your Gift Certificate (the value of which will be deducted from the total cost) and use your Reward Points.
When providing and checking your personal information, you have the possibility of modifying it—please, always check whether the data entered is correct. In case the data entered is correct, all you need to do is to choose a payment option and press the “Place order” button.
On this page, you can still review and modify the content of your cart.
- You can delete items.
- You can change the quantity of items.
- You can empty your cart.
- Always use the “Update” button when changing the quantity of items!
- You can enter your Gift Certificate code here.
- You can estimate shipping costs.
- Select the country, click on “Estimate” and the system will calculate the shipping cost.
- The system displays the NET shipping cost. If you have selected the shipping cost on the list, it will appear on the invoice as GROSS.
- The “Taxes: the VAT (25%)” subtotal shows the total of TAXES (VAT) to be paid, including the VAT of shipping.
- The total cost shows the GROSS amount to be paid by the customer.
- Press “Continue shopping” if you wish to add further items to your cart.
- Press “Checkout” to advance to payment.
- Here, you can choose the most suitable payment option.
- You can also add comments about your order for the webshop personnel here.
- By pressing “Place order”, your order will be finalised. Pressing “Place order” activates your purchase in the system. You can still cancel your order before pressing this button. After you pressed the “Place order “ button, only the system administrator can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to rendeles@mobilx.hu with the subject ‘Cancelling an order.” After pressing the “Place order” button, you will receive a message whether your order was accepted or rejected along with a printable detailed confirmation of the order, which will also be sent to your e-mail address and our server.
3. CONFIRMATION

Having pressed the “Place order” button, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, in which we confirm your order. Should You happen to find an error in this message, please signal it to our Customer Service contact. Should we find an error or fail to supply you with the product ordered for any unpredictable reason, we will try to reach You using the contact details you provided, so we kindly ask You to enter real data. Unfortunately, in lack of accurate information we can neither process nor accept the order.
4. DELIVERY
