  13. The customer service and the online support are available from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5 PM. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
  14. The language of the webshop is Hungarian, however it is available in English as well; this feature is accessible through clicking on the flag icons in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  15. The currency of the webshop is Hungarian Forint (HUF). Prices are also displayed in Euro (EUR), however these are only informative prices. You can switch between currencies with the currency tool in the upper right-hand side of the page. The valid prices are those displayed in HUF.
  16. All rights of the contents of the pages are reserved; unauthorised copying and editing of the contents are prohibited.

2. Using the Webshop


  1. It is not mandatory to register for shopping. If You only fill out the order form (personal information, billing and shipping address) during the purchase, we will only receive your order and You will not be registered as a user.

    We suggest You to register with our webshop, as registration offers a great number of advantages, which are listed here. During the purchase process, the system will automatically offer the possibility to register if You have not done so yet. Registration can also be accessed from the right-hand menu on the main page.
  2. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. If any of these is left blank, the process cannot be completed.
  3. As the first step of registration, you have to provide data for signing in, which is used for identification. The user name and the password have to be unique; if you enter a user name or a password that already exists, the process cannot continue.
  4. The next step is that of user information. It is worthwhile to provide us with real data in order to avoid problems with ordering. We do not disclose personal data to third parties. Related guidelines are displayed on the Privacy Policy page.
  5. Please, make sure You enter your e-mail address correctly, as You will receive the confirmation of the order (including your data, the list of your orders, and the total amount to be paid to the courier or by bank transfer) by e-mail. In case You do not have an e-mail address, You can also enter the e-mail address of a close friend. You can enter a non-existent e-mail address if You do not wish to receive the confirmation of the order, but the field has to be filled out in order for the registration process to continue.
  6. It is important that You should enter an existing phone number as it might accelerate delivery and help to decrease the risk of misunderstandings.
  7. The invoice will be delivered to the billing address. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, You do not have to fill in the field for the shipping address, the system will automatically use the billing address that you have provided. If the billing address and the shipping address are different, please, click on “Ship to different address” to fill out the shipping data.

    Please, enter an existing phone number in order to avoid misunderstandings with delivery. Having filled out the form, please click on registration. If you filled out the fields correctly, you will receive a message about successful registration to the e-mail address provided earlier and the following message will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the window.

Making a Purchase


add to cart

You can add a given product to your order using the “Add to cart” button. The "Add to cart" button adds one item to your cart. If you want to add two pieces of the same product, click the “Add to cart” button twice. If you wish to order more than two pieces, enter the desired quantity to the “Quantity” field and then click “Add to cart”.

By clicking the “Wishlist” button, the system places the product on a list assigned to your account. The Wishlist is especially useful if you choose a product that you wish to purchase later, but do not the financial means for it at the given moment. At your next visit, you will not have to search for the product again; instead you can purchase it directly from your Wishlist.

By pushing the “Comparison” button, you can compare the specifications of different products. The—minimum two—products selected for comparison will appear on the “Comparison List” in the right-hand side menu, where you can compare their identical and different characteristics.

If you wish to purchase more or less pieces of a given product, click on “View cart” in the upper left-hand corner.

Here, you can review and modify the content of your cart.

  1. You can delete items.
  2. You can change the quantity of items.
  3. You can empty your cart.
  4. Remember to always use the “Update” button when changing the quantity of items!
  5. You can enter your Gift Certificate code here.
  6. You can estimate shipping costs.
  7. Select the country and click on “Estimate” and the system will calculate the shipping cost.
  8. The system displays the NET shipping cost. If you have selected the shipping cost from the list, it will appear on the invoice as GROSS.
  9. The “Taxes: the VAT (25%)” subtotal shows the total of TAXES (VAT) to be paid, including the VAT of shipping.
  10. The total cost shows the GROSS amount to be paid by the customer.
  11. Press “Continue shopping” if you wish to add further items to your cart.
  12. Press “Checkout” to advance to payment.

  1. Here, you can choose the payment option of your liking.
  2. You can also add comments about your order for the webshop personnel here.
  3. By pressing “Place order”, your order will be finalised. Pressing “Place order” activates your purchase in the system. You can still cancel your order before pressing this button. After you press the “Place order“ button, only the system administrator can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to rendeles@mobilx.hu with the subject ‘Cancelling an order.' After pressing the “Place order” button, you will receive a message whether your order was accepted or rejected along with a printable, detailed confirmation of the order, which will also be sent to your e-mail address and our server.

3. Ordering

    3.1. All orders placed in our webshop require our approval. We maintain the right to cancel any order for any reason.

    3.2. The details and specifications of a product are displayed on the informative subpage of the given product. We are not responsible for any mistake in the description of the product. The product images displayed are in certain cases illustrations. The mobilx webshop does not guarantee that the informative materials on the present pages are accurate and complete.

    3.3. The mobilx webshop maintains the right to modify product information, description and prices anytime without prior notice.

    3.4 Our webshop differentiates between the following stock statuses:

      In Stock: the product will be delivered within 72 hours

      Ordered on request: the product is available from the official distributor, in which case our company delivers the product presumably within 10 days, however there might be delays in supply. If you see this stock status, please inquire about the exact date of delivery before placing your order.

      Available for pre-order: In case the manufacturer has signalled that they would supply us with a given product, the product is available for pre-order. Orders are delivered on a first come first served basis. Please, inquire about the exact date of delivery by phone or e-mail!

      Delivery within 5-7 working days: the product is expected to be delivered within 5-7 days, however delays might occur.

      Coming soon: the product is not available in the shops yet, however the manufacturer has already announced the release. Please, inquire about the exact date of delivery and the date of the release of the product before placing your order! In such cases, it is possible that no price has been announced for the product yet.

    3.5. Information displayed on the present pages might concern products, services and programmes not available in your country.

4. Processing your order

    4.1 Having placed your order at the webshop, you will receive an e-mail about the products you ordered to the e-mail address you registered with your account. This is an online order-form that displays the list of the product(s) you ordered. Please, check the data displayed in this e-mail and if you find any kind of mistake, notify us immediately by e-mail at info@mobilx.hu or by phone (+3652501868). The e-mail in question is not an invoice. You will receive the invoice on delivery—the proprietary rights of the products are also validated on delivery.

    4.2 If we find any mistake after you place your order, we will contact you before processing the order to notify you about the mistake and the correct information. In such cases, you have the possibility to cancel the order or modify it using the correct information. In case we are unable to reach you, we consider your order cancelled.

    4.3 The purchase price is always the gross price (incl. 25% VAT) displayed beside the product, while the net price (excl. 20% VAT) is always displayed as well. The prices displayed are not direct offers. We do not assume responsibility for damages caused by misprints.

5. Payment

  • Cash-on-delivery
    Available ONLY in case of delivery within Hungary.
    The price of the goods is paid in cash to the DHL Express courier in exchange for a receipt.
  • Bank transfers (prepayment)

    The exact process:
    1. You place your order.
    2. Our colleagues check the availability of each product and notify you accordingly. If the product you wish to purchase is on stock or available, we issue an invoice and send it to you by e-mail or fax. The invoice number and the order number must be quoted in the bank transfer so we can identify the order and assign your payment to it.
    3. When the bank transfer is completed (transfers are checked between 1PM and 2PM every day), we notify you by e-mail about despatching your package according to the delivery option you chose (e.g. by DHL Express).
    4. In case of delivery by DHL within Hungary, the package is delivered on the following workday. Please, see the details of international shipping here!
    5. In this case, you do not have to pay anything on delivery.
    6. We preserve packages for 15 days, during which period we e-mail you the information required for the bank transfer repeatedly. If the price of the package is not transferred within this period, we consider the order cancelled and closed.

  • Paying with credit/debit card

    Payment with credit/debit card offers the possibility of comfortable and secure purchase at our webshop. Having placed You order, You will be redirected to PayPal, one of the largest and most secure online payment networks of the world, where payments are processed through an encrypted transaction that is currently considered to be the most secure in the world. When prompted to choose a payment method, click on „Payment with credit/debit card (PayPal)”. Redirected to PayPal, provide the number and date of expiry of your card. PayPal accepts embossed VISA Classic, VISA Electron and Eurocard/MasterCard bank cards.

    Attention! We would like to inform you that electronic purse cards are only accepted if the issuing bank permits such use. Please, inquire about the details at your bank. This payment method offers easy and simple payment from abroad as well.

    In case of credit/debit card payment, invoices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF), even if you place your order in Euro. If your bank account is of a different currency, check PayPal for the exchange rate valid on the day of the purchase. Even if you choose Euro as currency in our webshop the price of the product will be displayed in HUF when redirected to PayPal.

    In case of international shipping—outside Hungary—, ONLY the credit/debit card payment and DHL Express delivery options are available.

    The exact process of payment with debit/credit card:
    1. Choose debit/credit card payment when placing your order.
    2. Pay online through the PayPal online payment network. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation from PayPal when the transaction is completed.
    3. In this case, you do not have to pay anything on delivery.
    4. We preserve packages for 15 days, during which period we e-mail you the information required for the bank transfer repeatedly. If the price of the package is not transferred within this period, we consider the order cancelled and delete it.

6. Delivery

    6.1 We deliver the goods within the deadline agreed by phone or e-mail. Delivery is carried out by our contracted partner.

    6.2 Our contracted partner for delivery is DHL Express Magyarország Kft.

    6.4 The flat rate of delivery within Hungary is net 2000 HUF.

    6.6 We do everything in our power to have the package delivered within 24 hours of despatch in Hungary and certain EU countries but cannot guarantee it—click here for shipping deadlines for other countries. mobilx Hungary Kft does not assume responsibility for shipping delays. Call our colleagues at +36-52-501-868 or DHL Customer Service at +36-40-45-45-45 to inquire about the shipping status of your package (local call prices apply within Hungary).

    6.7 On delivery of your product, you must sign the proof of receipt, which certifies that you have received the package.

    6.8 If the product ordered does not arrive within 28 days of despatch, you can ask for a refund or a repeated delivery after the inquiry into the loss of the package.

    6.9 In case of an incorrect shipping address, mobilx Hungary Kft. maintains the right to charge additional shipping costs.

    6.10 On delivery, please check thoroughly for the condition of the product(s), the accessories in the package and the accuracy of the invoice. Should you notice a problem, you are entitled to return the package to us. Damage complaints must be made within 24 hours by phone (+36-52-501-868) or e-mail info@mobilx.hu. Complaints made beyond 24 hours will not be accepted.

    6.11 Packages shipped by DHL can be tracked back for maximum 90 days after shipping, as DHL preserves air waybills for 90 days.

7. Warranty

    7.1 All goods distributed by us are covered by warranty (2 years since September 2005) according to product category as defined by regulations (Decree of the Ministry of Economy and Transport 49 of 2003 (July 30) on the settlement of the warranty and guarantee claims enforced within the framework of a consumer contract and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on Compulsory Warranty for Certain Durable Goods). The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials: we GUARANTEE that the products we distribute are first-rate and undamaged. Should the contrary be proved, we offer a complete refund or replacement as prescribed by law.

    7.2 Suppliers, manufacturers and importers offer various warranty periods for products distributed by mobilx Hungary Kft. Warranty periods might differ depending on the type of the product, but electronic devices usually come with a warranty of 12 month or more, while certain manufacturers like Dell or Novatell Wireless offer warranties of several years. Within the warranty period, defects occurring during operation in proper use will be repaired by the AUTHORISED SERVICE PARTNERS (click here for the list of authorised services in Hungary). The list of addresses of authorised service partners is ALWAYS displayed on the letter of warranty or in some cases at the end of the manual of the product; however our customer service is happy to help our customers reach the right service partner as well.

    7.3 The warranty period is always included in the description/specifications of the product!

    7.4 In harmony with the regulations of the law in effect, we always provide a Hungarian manual, quality certificate and a letter of warranty for the product. Importers do not provide a letter of warranty for certain devices below 10 000.- HUF value; in these cases, the original invoice serves as a letter of warranty.

    7.5 Replacement within 72 hours

      7.5.1 - In case the product breaks down within 3 working days (72 hours) of purchase and you notify us within 3 days by phone (+36-52-501-868) or e-mail szerviz@mobilx.hu, you are entitled to a refund or the replacement of the product, (after we have tested the product). If the defect occurs after the 3-day deadline, we can only offer you repairs. Please take note that you are only entitled to a refund if you send the product back in the original packaging together with the original accessories, the invoice and the letter of warranty. The returned device and/or accessory will undergo test first, as a replacement or a refund will only be granted in case the defect is proven.

      7.5.2 - Should the returned goods lack any part or accessory, mobilx Hungary Kft. is entitled to refuse to accept the goods and to send it back to the costumer on the expense of the costumer, or to request the costumer to recompense the price of the missing accessory (e.g. a manual, an inverter, a cable, a stylus etc.). If we cannot replace the missing accessory, mobilx Hungary Kft. is entitled to compensation from the costumer.

      7.5.3 - If the test justifies the defect and (consequently) the 72-hour replacement, our staff will contact You to discuss the necessary steps.

    7.6 Defect within the warranty period

      7.6.1 In case of the defect of the product, the Customer should turn to the authorised service partner(s) listed on the letter of warranty. The manufacturer or the importer of the product is entitled to offer a possibility for replacement by issuing a replacement voucher, in exchange of which we replace the product.

      7.6.2 Upon the request of the costumer, within the warranty period, our company despatches the product on its own expense to the authorised service partner. We deliver the repaired product to you free of charge!

      7.6.3 If you want our company to act upon your behalf in the warranty procedure, please request it by phone (+36-52-501-868) or e-mail szerviz@mobilx.hu. After you report the defect, our staff will contact you to discuss when and where our courier could pick up the product in question. Please, re-package the product to its original box for transport. If you do not have the box at hand, ask the DHL courier for one!

      7.6.4 As the next step, we send the device to the authorised service partner on our own expense. Please, inquire about the expected repair time by phone or e-mail. We would like to inform you that we cannot influence the timetable of services, thus longer repair times might occur in lack of available spare parts.

      7.6.5 Should the device prove to be irreparable, the service partner notifies us and issues a replacement voucher. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the necessary steps.

      7.6.6 In case the device is repaired and transported back to our company, we will contact you to discuss the shipping time and address. Naturally, the delivery will be free of charge!

    7.7 Attention! Warranty is no longer valid if the product is damaged or broken.

    7.8 mobilx Hungary Kft. cannot replace lost letters of warranty.

8. The Right of Withdrawal

    8.1 Should you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can do it in harmony with the conditions prescribed by Government Decree 17/1999.

    8.2 The costumer can withdraw from purchase without explanation within 8 days of having received the goods. The right of withdrawal can be practiced from the day of receipt. The product must be returned to our address in original, undamaged condition together with the invoice. mobilx Hungary Kft. is obliged to refund the price and shipping cost to the costumer only if the product returned is undamaged and in complete packaging. Expenses that might arise from practicing the right of withdrawal are charged on the costumer.

    8.3 If the returned package matches the above requirements, mobilx Hungary Kft. assumes the obligation to refund the purchase price and the shipping costs in harmony with the regulations in effect within 30 days.

    8.4 The warranty claim can be enforced at the repair department of mobilx Hungary Kft. (address: 4024 Debrecen, Kossuth u. 8. )—if not stated otherwise on the invoice or the letter of warranty.

    8.5 According to Points a)-f) of § 5 of the Govt. Decree, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in § 4 in respect of contracts for the provision of services, if the performance has begun with the agreement of the consumer before the end of the 7-day withdrawal period for the supply of goods or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the supplier; for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the consumer; for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines; for gaming and lottery services.

9. VAT, import customs and taxes

    9.1. Prices displayed in the webshop are gross prices (including VAT), which are valid for all Hungarian customers—we have also displayed the net prices. In case you wish to purchase from outside Hungary, the following conditions apply.

    9.2. In harmony with EU tax legislation, mobilx Hungary Kft. differentiates between 3 taxation processes. Hungarian consumers are subject to the Hungarian tax regulations. As of today, VAT in Hungary is 25%. If the customer is a private person residing in the EU, VAT will be charged in all instances of purchase. If the customer is a company seated in the EU outside Hungary and it possesses a valid EU VAT number, it is entitled to shop tax free. In all other cases (orders from outside Hungary and the EU) shopping is tax free.

    9.3. In understanding of Hungarian tax regulations all shipping costs are taxable

    9.5. In many countries, costumers are outraged by the amount of customs they are liable to pay for a product, and such anger usually strikes down on couriers who are responsible for delivery only. Please, inquire about customs before placing your order and keep in mind that mobilx Hungary Kft. cannot influence the size of taxes.

10. Privacy

    10.1. We hereby state that we have acquired your data from the order you placed or from other public sources. We will not disclose such data to third parties.

    10.2. Our goal is to provide best possible service at the best price. Therefore, we maintain the right to modify our terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

12. Prices

    12.1. We try to keep the prices of the webshop up-to-date, however we maintain the right to modify the price of products in certain cases. In case a price is modified, costumers will be notified about the change prior to payment, thus they will have the opportunity to cancel their order.

    12.2. If the stock status of a product is “Not on stock”, “Available” or “Available for pre-order”, its price is valid for a week following the arrival of the order. If the product ordered arrives, but the price has changed compared to the price displayed in the order, we notify the user about the change thus the order can be cancelled or confirmed.

13. Legal Notice

    The present Terms and Conditions were created on the basis of and with respect to the laws of the Republic of Hungary and are subject to their regulations. The application of theories and principles of law concerning the application of contradictory regulations is excluded. Should any legal debate arise from the use of the present website, the local court according to the seat of the MOBILX WEBSHOP is considered competent. The present website is edited by mobilx Hungary Kft. in Hungary, thus the present website is subject to Hungarian law. The MOBILX WEBSHOP does not assume responsibility for the appropriateness and usability of the materials displayed on the present website outside the Republic of Hungary. From areas where the content of this website is considered illegal, entry to the site is expressly prohibited. The use, export or re-export of the copies and edited versions of the materials of the present website that infringe related regulations—including the export laws and regulations of the Republic of Hungary—are not allowed. Users accessing the site from outside the Republic of Hungary will use the site by their own intention and will assume responsibility for observing the local regulations of law.
